What:         Don Taster Day

Why:          Consideration of grade 11 options

When:        Tuesday September 3 2019

How:          8:00 am pick up at the Penguin District School secondary campus bus shelter (bus will depart at 8.05am SHARP).

Students will be driven to Don College on the PDS School bus by a PDS staff member – who will accompany them for the day.

For those students making their own way, all students will assemble in the main stadium at the college – known as the MPC (Multi-Purpose Centre) at 8:30 am.

Following the program, students will be driven back to school on the PDS bus.

Drop off at PDS will be at 4:00 pm (approx.) Because of the required pick-up and drop off times, alternative arrangements will need to be made by parents of students who normally rely on buses to get to and from school.

Students are not required to wear PDS school uniform. A canteen and BBQ will be operating - but it’s recommend some other food be taken along as well.

Students are reminded that the subjects they have selected for the Taster Day are not pre-enrolments for 2019 – but are simply an opportunity to get a feel for Don College, meet new people and inform themselves of the possibilities that await them next year.
