Hobart Science and Technology Experience
12 students from year 9 and 10 made there way to Hobart for a science experience. A UTas tour was our first destination. We gained an understanding of what options are available to study in Maths and Science. We finished the day off with a spot of shopping and ate heartily at Solo Pasta and Honey Badger Dessert Bar. The next day we split in half. Half went to the SPARK conference at Guilford Young College to engage in multiple science and technology activities. The othe half went to Zoo Doo to be a 'keeper for a day'. All students had an experience that will help in their future endeavours in science or engineering.
