Each year students in grade 7-9 complete science investigations. This allows students to choose an area of interest to complete and experiment or investigation into. During National Science Week we hold a science fair on the Friday afternoon and the top 3 groups from each grade are invited to attend the Utas Science and Engineering Investigation Awards. This year the awards were held at Marist Regional College and a number of schools on the NW Coast compete grades 5-12. We had four winning projects this year. Congratulations to the winning teams and to all that were invited to represent our school at this event.
