Our inquiry this term has focused on growing plants and how important they are in our lives. For our excursion into town we looked closely at the plants in our community and discussed why we thought people had planted them there and what they were possibly used for. On our excursion we talked about plants being used to make our community look beautiful, for shade, for eating (humans and animals), making oxygen and for the bees.
