Hospitality and Tourism Class
The hospitality and tourism class have had a catering focus for term 3. To support VIP day they baked 900 biscuits to hand out to the VIP guests and more recently made over 400 milkshakes for international milkshake day. They have also been participating in a lunchbox challenge where in small groups they have had to design, promote and make a lunch box for a chosen audience. The class have learned a lot about working together towards a common goal and have successfully met the deadlines for each task. In term 4 the group will be learning some basic barista skills and will look at setting up a coffee shop next term.
