Brad Palmer was kind enough to bring in miniature goats today to show our 9/10 Animal Studies class. Pecan (mum), Hazel and Macadamia were very friendly and everybody got to have a baby goat cuddle.  We all learnt a lot about the goat husbandry, breeding and the playful nature of the goats. Did you know that a goats gestation is 5 months and after they are born they are up and walking around in 15 minutes?
