Year 9-10 Animal Studies
On Wednesday the 9-10 Animal Studies class had an excursion to a local farm Penguin Hideway Farmlet where students learnt all about miniature goats. Brad Palmer was able to teach the students about the husbandry requirements of the animals, and we all got to have a cuddle or two with some of the babies (kids). The goats had all different types of personality (a bit like dogs) with some wanting lots of attention and others being a bit shy. It was a lovely excursion and a big thank you to Brad for offering up his time to teach us about these wonderful animals.
