Tasmanian Triathlon Schools Challenge – Primary Entrants

 

Your child has shown interest in participating in the Tasmanian Triathlon Schools Challenge, taking place on Friday 21 November at the Devonport Bluff.

The event allows students to participate in an individual event, a team event or both, involving a bike ride, swim and run. Students should attempt to participate in both the individual and team events.

There is a cost of $25.00 for the event, which should be included when returning the permission slip. This cost covers entry and a participation pack (hat, stickers, wristband etc.).

Students will leave the school via bus at 8:30 am and return to school by 3:10 pm.

Students will be required to provide their own bike if competing individually or riding as part of a team. There is limited capacity for us to transport your child’s bike.

Please return the below permission slip along with the entry fee $25.00 (CASH ONLY) by Friday September 19 if you consent for your son/daughter to participate. No entries will be accepted after this date.

 

PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE TEAM ENTRY INFORMATION ON THE ENTRY FORM AS THIS WILL BE COMPLETED BY STAFF.

 

  • A Major Excursion Conset and Medical Form needs to be completed for all students.
  • An Aquatic Consent Form is attached and must be completed for those students who will be participating in the swim leg of the event or as an individual.
